Roger McClay

Chairman CEO

Roger has over 50 years of experience in project development, corporate finance, and management. Throughout his extensive career, he has specialized in privately sourcing and funding resource and industrial projects, developing them to the next stage for either sale or listing on public markets. His approach has been successfully implemented in over 20 mining and industrial ventures, showcasing his expertise in identifying opportunities and delivering results. Roger’s career is marked by a commitment to strategic growth, having held key leadership roles in numerous companies, where he oversaw the planning, funding, and execution of large-scale projects. His deep understanding of market dynamics and strong track record in fostering development has earned him a reputation as a trusted leader in the industry.

Gordon Davies

COO

Mr. Davies managed the development of the Slipcoat product, the patent application, the initial introduction of Slipcoat® products to various markets, including; mining, concrete, asphalt, and waste handling. Mr. Davies’ background includes having been Sales & Marketing Manager and later CEO of Babcock King-Wilkinson, LP, which was a California based engineering and design house owned by Babcock Water Engineering, and before that, Sales & Marketing Manager of Transenviro, Inc.

Peter Laipnieks

President

Peter has over 40 years of experience as a management consultant, senior government official, president, and officer of numerous public companies. He is presently CEO of Aion Mining Corp., who is putting a coal mine into production in Colombia. He has implemented investor relations strategies for over 30 public companies. As an Executive Director with the Government of British Columbia, he was responsible for three branches with an annual operating budget of $13,000,000 and 100 employees in five cities. Peter has a Masters degree from University of Alberta.
